He's a mostly good guy with a lot of trauma and anger issues, though he uses the term 'good guy' very loosely, because he's literally part of an international gang and does all the things that come with that. He'll be nice to you though, probably. Maybe you can fix him.

Luka grew up hard, shaped by a father he’s spent his adult life trying not to become. The mafia didn’t recruit him so much as absorb him, the street smartness, the survival instincts, the capacity for violence were already there. What the life gave him in return was a chosen family and a reason to apply those qualities to something that felt like loyalty over just survival.
Now
He’s deep in it. Chain-smoking, late-night drives, the particular hypervigilance of someone who’s been in enough dangerous situations that he’s stopped distinguishing between threat and habit. He is fiercely protective of the people he loves, in ways they sometimes don’t get a vote on.
