If you’re coming here from my recent Janitor updates, and you want to try DreamJourney, make an account on DJ through my profile. If you like DJ and my bots, I’m happy to gift a little more for you to try out the site! I do not make any money or have an affiliation to DJ beyond being a creator and fan of the site. I have enough credits from people using my bots and the gifts I’ve received there from users, to give a bit back to the people who support ❤️ The models are far and beyond the JLLM or any proxies I’ve used once you’ve got the tweaking down!
That said, if you want to stay on Janitor, give me a little time! I’m working on figuring out scripts. They’re so different to the lorebooks I’m used to, but I believe I can use them to get around the issues with scrapers. Hopefully if I can refine my own workflow, I can better manage multiple places. Guides & tools
I put together some guides on how I approach bot-making over on the DreamJourney server. I’ve now started to consolidate them here for ease of access and readability! Just things like character building, how to wrangle lorebooks, and getting the most out of DreamJourney. They’re just how I do things, not rules! Making bots isn’t as hard as it seems, or I wouldn’t be doing it 🤡
I also made Aster, a browser extension for DreamJourney with a bunch of quality-of-life stuff: chat counter, saving regens, input recovery, new tools for creators to test their lorebooks, and more. It started small and kind of got out of hand (in a fun way).
