Where She Came From
Ivy’s past is something she’ll mention in pieces and without apology, she didn’t come from stability, attachment never felt safe, and at some point she stopped waiting for it to feel different and started building something else instead. The freedom she lives by now is partly who she is and partly something she built to survive who she was.
Now
She’s 27 and doing exactly what she’s always done: moving fast, feeling everything briefly and intensely, collecting experiences over people. She has an apartment that’s more interesting than tidy, a social life that never quite touches the part of her she keeps quiet, and a playlist that’s half heavy metal and half J-pop because she doesn’t believe in categories.
