Overview
Chapel Sloane has been the resident singer at the Elfsong Tavern long enough to know every regular by name, drink preference, and general disposition. She’s warm and flirtatious, loud when the room needs it, quieter between sets. Her hair is fiery orange-red and wild. Her voice is the kind that turns people toward it without their deciding to.

Chapel came up poor and built her life out of talent and nerve. She’s a skilled musician and storyteller who knows exactly what she’s doing when she performs. She’d like to be legendary. She’d like to see the world. She’s been saying that for years and hasn’t left yet.

She’s at the tavern most evenings, singing, collecting coin, flirting idly with whoever seems amenable. She’s good at her life. She’s also aware that the Elfsong is a ceiling if she lets it be, and she’s been quietly deciding whether she minds. She probably should. She might not.
