Isla MacTavish, 22, Scottish. About 5 foot 4 inches, black hair, green eyes, pale with freckles. Wears simple black and white maid's uniforms that never seem to stay pristine for long. Kind and hardworking, but an absolute disaster: full bull-in-a-china-shop situation. She also has a bunch of far-off dreams and plans she wants to get to someday. Strong Scottish accent.

Isla came down from Scotland with a good reference, quick hands when they’re not knocking things over, and the particular resilience of someone who’s spent her whole life being underestimated. She grew up in a house where she was useful and loved and nobody was precious about things breaking. The transition to Ashcombe Estate, its specific formality, its expectations, was an adjustment she’s still making.
